Pres. Barack Obama has asked Congress to raise the debt ceiling once again. If Congress approves, it would be the second increase in five months. Ron Paul paused his campaigning in South Carolina today to race back Washington D.C. to vocally oppose an increase of America’s borrowing limit. This is evidence suggesting Paul does in fact have the experience necessary to challenge Obama later this year, considering this is his 12th term in Congress. He is consistent, unlike his rivals Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich, who have supported debt increases in the past.
